Possibilities of Future:

      1.300ft Road will confirm to a lot of commercial/Office spaces growing.
      2.Residential locations will have huge rental in demand for future. 
      3.Commercial related businesses will slowly flourish such as Travel agencies/Malls and Commercial complexes.
      4.Namma metro will attribute to the growth of this region in terms of daily commute to office spaces such as Global Village/Commercial spaces on Mysore Road/Commercial spaces in KG Road.
      5.Residential spaces will also slowly convert to studio apartments in order to cater to the needs of Business class people.
      6.Parks/Gardens/Lake Gardens will allow the nature spaces to stay intact with the growing level of commercialization of the area.
