There
is a need for privatization of each Block in KG Layout, Each block can be
handed over to a private gated community developers by providing them 30% of
the allotted block for private use/sales.
This
has many advantages:
1. Quality
of each block in the layout will be high as layout developers need to maintain
their brand and reputation.
2. The
cost of acquisition, formation of roads, electricity, water, sewage, and power
supply will be taken care.
3. Private
developers get a chance to own developed land without any acquisition cost.
4. Each
block can have a grand entrance with the name of the company that developed
that block, and Private developers can make use of the commercial space for
profits and end users get the advantage of quality development.
5. Government will only be responsible for allotment of each block to developer without any other cost.
