• This will create huge interest in the commercial development, growth of the entire area will speed up by 50% faster than current situation.
•  Government has also allotted commercial space attached to this main road.
• Commuting experience by Bus/Car/Two wheeler will increase, this will promote people to move faster to the new layout (Ready for Construction).
• The road will ensure that the government works on faster pace to create relevant infrastructure.
• Commercial developments such as Schools/Offices/Hotels/Malls/Government establishments/Community Halls/Clothing lines/Jewelry Lines will move in, in order to cash in huge market for future.
