ENTIRE LAYOUT WILL ONLY DEPEND ON THIS 150 FEET ROAD!!!
- This will create huge interest in the commercial development, growth of the entire area will speed up by 50% faster than current situation.
- Government has also allotted commercial space attached to this main road.
- Commuting experience by Bus/Car/Two wheeler will increase, this will promote people to move faster to the new layout (Ready for Construction).
- The road will ensure that the government works on faster pace to create relevant infrastructure.
- Commercial developments such as Schools/Offices/Hotels/Malls/Government establishments/Community Halls/Clothing lines/Jewelry Lines will move in, in order to cash in huge market for future.
- Bus terminals/Auto Stands will also move in, at the junctions of Magadi Road and Mysore Road in order to support transport.
- This road will connect Namma Metro Depot/Station to all the blocks of the layout. Travel to nearest Namma Metro Station will just be around 15-20 minutes from any block. Namma Metro Stations will also have commercial spaces in future.
